UPC Management Services started off undertaking Pest Control services over 20 years ago, over the last two decades we have grown our business providing all aspects of Facilites Management from compliance testing, roof works, glazing, joinery, plumbing, heating, electrical, legionella testing, decoration,  cleaning services, grounds maintenance and lightning protection to name a few, we now service our client on a National basis, we operate a reactive helpdesk to assist the client for emergency call outs.

UPC Management Services completed the installation of a new flagstone floor to this large Grade 2 Listed shopping centre in Nottingham. This was a very complex job working closely with English Heritage and undertaking works on a out of hours basis while allowing a functional shopping centre each day, Shell Oil invested over £300000.00 on this project and UPC Management Services delivered on time and within budget. UPC have provided services to this shopping centre for over 20 years.

UPC Managment Services have provided both reactive and planned Facilities works ranging from the installation of fire doors, Pest Control services, joinery, tiling, roofing, building works, white lining and grounds works to name a few over the last 5 years, our client is very forward facing and they operate to the highest standards to maintain their corporate image and identity.
