The UPC Group is a friendly, independent Pest Control and Facilities Management company based in Gedling, Nottingham. For over 20 years, we’ve been providing reliable, high-quality services to clients across Nottinghamshire, the East Midlands and throughout the UK.
We’re proud to be a business that combines professional expertise with a personal, down-to-earth approach. Whether it’s a local pest control call-out or a nationwide facilities management contract, we bring the same level of care, commitment and attention to detail to every job.
The UPC Group was founded by Jonathan Simpson, whose background as a building surveyor within the pest division of a global facilities management company gave him both industry insight and a vision for something better. He recognised a gap in the market for an environmental services company that prioritised both quality and customer care – and so Universal Pest Control was born.
Thanks to Jonathan’s strong work ethic and hands-on approach, the business quickly grew. Known for going the extra mile, he soon expanded services to include grounds maintenance, fly-tipping clearance and site refurbishments. This led to the creation of UPC Management Services just three years later, forming what is now The UPC Group.
